ArtistDesign is a network of excellence in the 7th Framework Programme and is a follow-up project of Artist2. It bundles the know-how of about 30 European universities and research institutes in the area of embedded systems. The topics addressed are organized by clusters: Modeling and Validation; SW Synthesis, Code Generation and Timing Analysis; Operating Systems and Networks; Hardware Platforms and MP SoCs. “Transversal Integration” covering both industrial applications and design issues aims for integration between clusters.
