Automatic Nonlinear Memory Power Modelling

We propose a new methodology and framework for gen-erating nonlinear black box memory power models in an automatic fashion. The resulting models outperform linear models significantly and are sufficiently accurate for behavioural and RT level power estimation. The frame-work is part of our behavioural level power estimator.
