We have used this model to show how data from an ambient activitysystem in the domestic environment can be used to provide better diagnoses and prognoses for COPDpatients. As a proof of concept an experiment has been conducted to provide an individual intensity relationbetween household activities and telerehabilitation training on a bicycle ergometer.
