Cancer Registry Lower-Saxony

Goal

In cooperation with the spin-off company OFFIS CARE GmbH, OFFIS engages itself in the implementation of the epidemiological cancer registry Lower Saxony since the year 1993. Right now the focus of work lies on the integration of new detectors, the optimization of data integration processes, as well as, the support of an explorative data analysis in view of the reporting of ad-hoc queries and the response to these. Most notably, new concepts in the area of data quality management and multi-dimensional data analysis have to be developed and implemented in executable prototypes.
