IT-Quarter

The premises on Escherweg were once a classic inner-city industrial area.. Here the old "Oldenburger Fleischwarenfabrik Bölts" and "Bavaria St. Pauli Brewery" manufactured their products. As in the late 80s the industrial production was discontinued, the site first lay idle. On the part of the city was then decided to develop the former industrial area to a service and research center.
