7. Best-Paper-Award für den TC ANH

Mitarbeiter des Technologieclusters Automatisierte Nanohandhabung (TC ANH) wurden erneut mit einem Best Paper Award ausgezeichnet: Auf der  IEEE (Institute of
Electrical and Electronics Engineers) International Conference on Mechatronics and Automation (ICMA 2011), die vom 7. bis 10. August 2001 in Beijing, China, stattfand, wurde das Paper "Towards Automated AFM-based Nanomanipulation in a Combined Nanorobotic AFM/HRSEM/FIB System" mit dem “Best Paper Award in Automation” ausgezeichnet. Die Autoren sind V. Eichhorn, S. Fatikow, R. Tunnell, U. Mick, C. Stolle, C. Diederichs, D. Jasper, und M. Bartenwerfer. Dies ist die insgesamt 7. Best-Paper-Auszeichnung der Gruppe.
